The Marketing Intern will support the day-to-day execution of marketing, content, and operational initiatives across the agency. This role is designed for someone eager to learn, proactive in taking ownership, and excited to contribute to a collaborative and creative environment.
You’ll gain exposure to real campaigns, internal operations, and brand-building work while developing practical skills in marketing, communication, coordination, and creative execution. Depending on business needs and your strengths, you may be assigned to support one or more focus areas including Graphic Design, Influencer Engagement, Social Media Management, or Executive Operations.

Depending on assignment, responsibilities may include:
Marketing & Content Support
Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, content initiatives, and day-to-day marketing tasks.
Support content creation and coordination for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Help organize marketing files, content calendars, and internal trackers.
Conduct research on trends, creators, competitors, and industry insights.
Graphic Design
Assist in creating visual assets for social media, presentations, and marketing materials.
Support the creative team with formatting, resizing, and organizing design files.
Influencer Engagement
Assist in sourcing, coordinating, and communicating with influencers and content creators.
Help track influencer deliverables, timelines, and campaign performance.
Social Media Management
Support scheduling, publishing, and monitoring content across social platforms.
Assist in community management and engagement tasks.
Executive Operations
Support internal coordination, documentation, scheduling, and operational tasks.
Assist with organizing reports, trackers, and administrative requirements.
General Team Support
Attend team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project check-ins as needed.
Collaborate with different departments and support cross-functional initiatives when needed.
Take initiative in identifying ways to improve workflows and support the team effectively.

You are currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or a related course.
You can start ASAP.
You have a well-functioning laptop and stable internet connection.
You are eager to learn and open to feedback.
You are proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
You communicate clearly and work well with a team.
You are comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Canva, or social media platforms (experience is a plus, but not required).
