The Account Manager is responsible for leading client accounts end-to-end, ensuring seamless delivery, strong client relationships, and consistent performance across campaigns. This role serves as the primary point of contact for Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts, driving both day-to-day execution and strategic direction while maintaining Near’s standards of quality and efficiency.

Operating with a high level of ownership and autonomy, the Account Manager translates client objectives into actionable plans, manages cross-functional teams, and identifies opportunities for growth through upselling and optimization. The role also contributes to internal process improvements and supports the development of junior team members, strengthening overall account management capabilities within the organization.

The People & Culture is responsible for frontline people support and execution of Near’s core people initiatives, overseeing day-to-day employee concerns, recruitment coordination, employee engagement execution, and learning and development rollout.

You will own the strategy and execution of Near’s social media and founder accounts. You will work alongside copywriters, designers, and a PR strategist, but you lead. You set the direction, maintain the brand voice, and make sure everything that goes out is sharp, intentional, and on-brand. You are also welcome — expected, even — to experiment.
