People first, employees second. We value work life balance, our families and our friends, but work hard at the same time. We’re looking for people who can independently work towards their goals but the way you work is completely up to you.
We travel. Travel has been an integral part of our lives, and it has always been an eye-opening experience. We have a hybrid policy for employees in Metro Manila (once a week), but we’re flexible with remote work for people who want to travel. We believe that location independence should be more accessible to everyone. We also have an annual company trip!
We want to see you grow. We appreciate the time that you would devote to us as a company and would wish that you also get a return on your investment by developing skills and capabilities.
We offer competitive compensation. We deeply value who we work with and would like to be fair to you and what you can bring to the table. We also provide bonuses and additional incentives.
We All Own Workplace Flexibility. Sustainable success takes effort from the whole team — embracing flexibility, respecting boundaries, and supporting work-life balance by knowing when to push and when to rest.

The Marketing Manager is the person who makes Near and its founders impossible to ignore. Your primary mandate is brand elevation – building the credibility, visibility, and authority of Near Creative and its leadership across every relevant channel: social media, PR, awards, events, and content. Everything you do should ultimately serve one goal: drive inbound leads.
You will own the strategy and execution of Near’s social media and founder accounts. You will work alongside copywriters, designers, and a PR strategist, but you lead. You set the direction, maintain the brand voice, and make sure everything that goes out is sharp, intentional, and on-brand. You are also welcome — expected, even — to experiment.
This role is not for someone who needs a brief for every post. It’s for someone who has strong brand instincts, moves fast, and already knows what great looks like.

Brand Elevation & Social Strategy
Own Near’s social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook — strategy and execution both.
Own and manage founder social accounts — developing content that builds personal brand equity and positions leadership as credible industry voices.
Develop a content roadmap anchored in Near’s brand pillars — especially on Meta — that drives measurable audience and lead growth.
Maintain a sharp, consistent brand voice across every touchpoint: captions, campaign copy, visuals direction, DMs.
Identify emerging platform trends and content formats before they peak, then act on them.
Propose and run creative experiments. Analyze what works, cut what doesn’t, and document learnings.
PR & CredibilityDevelop and manage Near’s PR strategy — identifying the right angles, target media, and channels to drive agency credibility.
Brief the PR strategist and ensure deliverables are aligned with the broader brand narrative.
Identify and apply for relevant industry awards that position Near as a top-tier creative agency.
Build and maintain a calendar of PR moments: launches, campaigns, case studies, and milestones worth pitching.
Campaign Execution & Content Operations
Plan and track marketing campaigns across social, digital, and event channels end-to-end.
Manage content workflows with the Creatives team — briefing, reviewing, and approving output to ensure it meets brand standards.
Understand how content drives inbound — every piece should serve awareness, credibility, or conversion.
Publish and manage marketing content including newsletters and blogs when needed.
Deliver weekly performance reports with clear takeaways and next-step recommendations.
Business Development Support
Support the Senior BD Manager on sales activities with a lens on how marketing can drive or warm up inbound leads.
Manage BD documentation: MOAs, vendor accreditation, onboarding requirements.
Research prospective clients and competitor positioning to sharpen outreach and content strategy.
Events & Partnerships
Lead the creative concept and experience design for Near’s monthly marketing lunches — no agenda, but always memorable.
Liaise with vendors, influencers, and creative partners to meet every deadline and deliverable.
Support planning and on-ground execution of Near-led events and activations.

Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
You have 2–4 years of experience in marketing, social media roles — ideally in an agency or fast-paced startup environment.
You have a proven track record of growing social media accounts — bring the numbers, bring the strategy behind them.
You think in brand. You can articulate a brand’s personality and translate it into content that actually resonates.
You experiment. You’ve tested ideas, tracked the results, and weren’t afraid when something didn’t work.
You execute with precision. Timelines are not suggestions to you — they’re commitments.
You’re independently driven. You don’t wait to be told what to do next.
You know social media deeply — the algorithm, the culture, the content formats, and why some things blow up and others don’t.
You’re fluent in Google Workspace, Hubspot CRM and Canva, and comfortable picking up new tools fast.
Strong empathy and communication skills and you can clear them well — you can write copy, brief creatives, and manage vendor relationships with equal ease.
-
Strategic Brand & Content Expertise: You’ve built impactful marketing campaigns and brand strategies that drive real business results—especially in B2B and organic growth.
Creative & Social-First Thinking: You understand how to craft stories and content that resonate on modern platforms, with a sharp eye for social media trends and audience behavior.
PR & Thought Leadership Savvy: You know how to grow a brand’s reputation—through PR, media relationships (especially in the Philippines), and executive positioning.
Strong Execution & Problem Solving: You don’t just pitch ideas—you execute them. You’re experimental, solution-oriented, and thrive on figuring things out independently.
High EQ & Ownership Mentality: You lead with empathy, communicate with clarity, and influence others effectively. You’re curious, proactive, and fully own your impact.
